For lower primary grades this beautiful picture book can help them understand the global reaches of water.

The books illustrations follow a river through many different landscapes and out to see, enabling younger students to see how the way that the treatment of water in one section of the river affects people, plants, fish and animals further downstream.

There is also a nice video of Marc Martin discussing his work here.
