This is a wonderful book that mixes fiction and facts to paint a refreshingly optimistic vision of the future.

The plot involves a young prince who is left in charge of a country. Working with other children and only information found in the palace library, they come up with solutions to ensure a sustainable future.

This book has so much to offer all primary grades. Extensive teaching notes are available here that outline lessons from Foundation to Year Six.
